Puttin' In Work
In today's post, I have the pleasure of partnering with PinkBlush, a trendy online boutique that's not only for fashionable ladies, but also expectant mothers too. They offer a wide range of clothing that's perfect for any occasion. I'm not a soon-to-be mother, but looking at their maternity clothes makes me so excited because I can have a bun in the oven and still look cute!
For this off-duty look, you bet I'm still puttin' in work! Though I'm on Summer break, the work doesn't stop there. Plus, I'm taking Summer school, which is unfortunate, but a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do! Nonetheless, I am grateful to be able to work with so many brands like PinkBlush and I cannot wait to create more content. Stay tuned! Until then, let's get into the details.
What gives this outfit the "8-5 work" look is the top. I had a fun time trying to figure out how to style this piece from PinkBlush. This top is actually a maternity top, but hey. It still fits fine! I love that it's made of soft material and great quality. I wanted to add a little twist, so I tucked in half of the shirt to give off laid-back vibes. The criss-cross detailing on the shoulders is a great touch from your typical white button up. As for my high waisted denim jeans, I thrifted these babies and frayed the hems myself. These pair of jeans are more of a relaxed, straight leg fit, which I'm currently loving. I wanted to keep this look minimal, so I decided to pair my black mules from Zooshoo. To complete the look, I had to throw on my trusty gold hoop earrings. There's just something about hoops that make me feel like I can conquer the day.
