Time to Wind Down ft. Dezzal.com
There's just some pieces that's a must have in one's closet - white tees, a comfy pair of sneakers, a cute pair of heels, etc. I also say, a pair of relaxed fitted pants and a waistcoat. Why? Both pieces you can dress up or dress down for any occasion and it's different from your basic denim or boring cardigan. It's a great way to spice up any outfit. Thanks to Dezzal.com, I've had the opportunity to share two pieces from their site and style them. I've decided to dress both pieces down because I want to show you all that dressy pieces can be casually worn and it isn't just for a particular occasion.
Striped Away
ft. Vertical Striped Pencil Pants by Anne Chen
I've been in search of finding a pair of vertical striped pants for the longest time. I wanted this piece to be made of great quality and comfy and just my luck, I came across these! The color is a classic and I'm digging the hint of orange - it gives this piece character. I've decided to go for a more relaxed fit pairing them with a loose white tee (You can never go wrong!), a black strappy bralette, and old skool Vans. To accessorize, I went with a choker to correlate with the strappy bralette and threw on some shades to block out the haters. I've been noticing a more laidlack trouser/dress pant trend, which I'm definitely into!
I must say, the pants fit perfectly, since I am a size 4, but I was hoping it was a loose fit like how it was displayed in the photo. Nonetheless, I don't mind, since it still looks good!

Strike A Pose
ft. Slit Lapel Design Waistcoat by Arne
This is the kind of outfit that makes you want to stroll around in downtown or have a day/night out with your friends - sipping on some tea (or wine? or alcoholic beverage perhaps?) and munching on some good food. Black, white, and blue is a perfect combo. This waistcoat gives off this chic look, which I love and because it has slits on the sides, it makes a great statement. Of course, I had to go for that easygoing look, so I paired it with a white mock neck top and denim shorts with a western style belt. I chucked on a pair of my favorite heeled lace up booties and I was out the door!
