Influenster ModaVoxBox Review #1
Who doesn't love FREE goodies?!☺
I know what you're all thinking, "How?", "Is this a scam?", "Do you really get FREE stuff?" because I thought the same thing too. I searched around on Twitter, Youtube, Google, etc. about this site and it's definitely legit!
Influenster.com is a site where you, the consumer, review all sorts of products, ranging from retail, food, pets, beauty/skin care products, etc. The more you review items, the more points you get and are able to receive badges. I just joined THIS month and went on Influenster for 15-30 mins whenever I had the chance to and reviewed all sorts of products! If you're active enough, you have the chance to earn a VoxBox! (I'm hoping I have this information right, if not, you can definitely check out Influenster.com for all the details).
I remembered checking my email and finally getting a survey for a chance to receive a VoxBox and here it is - my very first VoxBox!
So the first thing that caught my attention were these Puffs Softpack of tissues - 1 pack ranges from $1.99-$2.49 / 3 pack ranges from $4.99-$5.99. These are super gentle and soft! I love it's not the typical cardboard box. It reminds me of how baby wipes are packaged. Great for travel or leaving it in the car for any messes!
The next big thing was this Resource Spring water bottle, which costs $1.49. It was neatly packaged in a plastic zip lock. The water tastes great! (Each brand of water tastes differently! All water does NOT taste the same to me. Am I the only one?) The bottle is HUGE, so it's sort of hard to carry around if you're going to work out, but I wouldn't deny fresh water!
When I saw this in the box, I was surprised! Why? Because they gave me a full size of it, not just a little sample and it's a hair mask! I was planning to go buy a hair mask because my hair is in need of being renewed! It's called Hair Food Moisture Hair Mask, which costs a whopping $14.99. It smells like coconut? It's not a bad smell at all. I have yet to try this product, but by the looks of it, it has honey coats and apricot oil, which sounds great for the hair. Can't wait! They even added a Target coupon, sweet!
Since the weather is getting cooler, I guess they decided to throw in a Swiss Miss Simply Cocoa packet, which costs $2.29 (not each, the box). I don't even mind! I love hot chocolate with mini marshmallows. I have tried this brand before and I love it! And they gave me a coupon too, cool!
Yay for good smelling lotion! My skin tends to get dry, since the weather is getting cold, especially my hands and nose area. This Jergens Ultra Healing Extra Dry Skin Moisturizer ranges from $5.99/$6.99. I'll definitely use this!
Now for the make-up portion! I'm super excited about these. I see this bright red Rimmel London Scandaleyes Rockin' Curves Mascara in extreme black, which ranges from $5.49-$5.99. I was in need of a mascara too, so good thing they provided me with this one. The brush is very odd as you can see, so I'm not use to it, but I have high hopes for this one.
I'm so happy they gave me a lipstick! It's Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lipstick, which ranges from $6.99-$7.49. I have tried RL's other lipsticks and I'm not too fond of the smell and how it sticks to your dry patches on your lips, but I do like the pigment. This "berry rose" color is super pretty!
I also spotted this Rimmel London Moisture Renew Lip Liner, which ranges from $5.99-$6.49. It's translucent and says that it moisturizes your lips, which is needed for matte lipsticks. I bought a lot of lippies the other day, so I'm excited to try this out! It glides on smooth on the lips, so that's a plus.
Here's a look of the card they gave me about all the products!
*I received these products complimentary from Influenster for testing purposes
